Can I place an order via online?

We are really sorry for this moment, we do not accept via online but you can call us or visit our showroom.

 

How can I check the price online ?

You can call the store for the price.

 

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes, somebody at least 18 years old needs to sign delivery sheet in order as a proof for receiving the product(s).

 

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

We assume about 2-3 days.  We also do same day delivery.

 

How can I apply for a finance program?

You can click Snap finance icons on our web, then it will take directly to the secured finance website and you just fill the form and submit it directly.  You need to have a valid checking account in good standing at least 6 months in order to get approved for the finance application.

Please note: Any special price, big sale, clearance will be an additional 15% of the price for finance and an additional finance fee (around $42).

 

What is your return and cancellation policy?

All sales are Final, No Return, No Exchanges.

Return of Exchanges are for manufacture DEFECTS only, within 7 days upon receipt with original package or 20% Restocking Fee may apply.

All deposit are non-refundable.

All Sale cancellation will have a 20% Restocking Fee or store credit may apply.

All Merchandise(s) comes WITHOUT warranty, unless customer buys Extra Manufacture Warranty.

 

What is your layaway program and policy?

Layaway payment must be completed within 120 days for all purchases.

There is a minimum of $30 deposit down payment.

There are no refunds on layaway payment.

We will not hold merchandise(s) for incomplete layaway payment, after that we reserve the right to take it off hold.

If at any point in time, after the 120 days, you change your mind and would like to reselect different items, we will be happy to give you a store credit in the full amount that you've paid and allow you to apply it towards a new purchase or layaway.

Floor sample or "as is" clearance items can only be held on layaway for 30 days.
